Abstract

Moroniella gen. nov, a new genus, of american Anomalini is described and illustrated for Paranomala nitidula based on comparative morphology. Diagnostic characters are commented, the relationship with other taxa and the biogeographic affinity are discussed, and a key to separate the genus of Anomalini of the New World is included
