Resumen

Una nueva especie de avispa agalladora, Andricus partali n. sp. (Hym., Cynipidae, Cynipini), es descrita de Costa Rica induciendo agallas en hojas de Quercus costaricensis Liebm. (Sección Lobatae). Se proporciona la descripción, diagnosis de información sobre la distribución y biología de la nueva especie.
