The more common species of Heliscus Zang, 1906, from Mexico, are: H. eclipticus (Truqui, 1857), H. tropicus (Percheron, 1835), H. vazquezae Reyes-Castillo y Castillo, 1985 y, H. ridiculus (Kuwert, 1891); a key for identification of these four species is included and some aspects on their Mexican distribution are discussed.References
